As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations across various client locations in the greater Berlin area. Your day-to-day activities will involve setting up and configuring workstations, providing 1st and 2nd level support, and maintaining a wide range of hardware including desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology. You will also manage equipment assets and maintain detailed documentation within a ticketing system. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and strong customer service skills. Required Skills

Education

Experience

Additional
