As an IT Service Technician in 2nd Level Support, you will join one of Europe's leading IT service providers in Berlin. Your daily responsibilities will involve providing remote support for various branches across Germany, managing service tickets, and maintaining Windows Client environments. You will play a key role in network and server management, as well as supporting VoIP systems. The position requires a solid foundation in IT infrastructure and a proactive approach to troubleshooting. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support and service desk environments

  • Experience in network and server administration
  • Experience working with VoIP systems and ticket-based workflows
