Job Summary
This technical-administrative role at the Max Rubner-Institut (MRI) in Kiel involves overseeing building maintenance and technical systems across research facilities. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults in technical systems, coordinating with external contractors, and managing construction projects in Kiel, Schädtbek, and Hamburg. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in building maintenance or facility management systems
- Experience in coordinating and monitoring external craft businesses and service providers
- Experience in technical-administrative documentation and reporting
- Experience in the public sector or federal administration is desirable
- Experience in managing construction and renovation projects is preferred
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to undertake multi-day business trips as needed. Position is based in Kiel with responsibilities in Schädtbek and Hamburg.
