Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician in Ismaning, you will join an IT services provider focused on managed services for industrial clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing on-site support for Windows clients, printers, and telecommunications systems. You will handle specific project assignments and manage IT support tasks through B/F, IMAC, and H+E ticketing systems. The role includes hardware provisioning, network monitoring, and client support.
