As an IT Service Desk Agent, you will provide critical on-site support for a mechanical engineering company based in Munich. Your daily responsibilities include managing incoming incidents, performing technical analysis, and classifying tickets to ensure efficient resolution. You will utilize remote control applications to assist users and maintain detailed documentation of solutions within the company’s knowledge base.   • Experience in process management, ideally following ITIL standards

  • Experience in technical leadership or organizing team tasks regarding time and effort
