Job Summary
As an Onsite IT Support Technician in Walsrode, you will be the primary point of contact for technical assistance within a leading European IT solutions provider. Your daily responsibilities include managing client hardware and peripheral devices, installing and configuring software solutions, and performing deep-dive troubleshooting of IT infrastructure issues. You will actively manage tickets, document technical resolutions, and support escalation management to ensure seamless operations. Required Skills
Education
Technical training/degree in IT, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in onsite support for hardware and operating systems
- Practical experience in the installation and configuration of hard- and software solutions
- Proven experience working with professional IT ticketing systems
- Experience in network troubleshooting specifically within Layer 1-3 switching
