As a Digital Transformation Coordinator for the City of Nuremberg, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing public services for over half a million residents. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Business Informatics; or equivalent qualification (e.g., IT Specialist) with relevant experience; or Civil Service qualification (3rd QE) in Administrative Informatics or Administration and Finance; or Administrative Specialist (Fachprüfung II).
Experience
- Professional experience in digital transformation and modern administration
- Experience in project and process management is preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience for candidates with technical vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist)
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience for candidates with administrative or civil service backgrounds
- Proven experience in independent, structured work and stakeholder coordination

- The position is available in full-time or part-time. Candidates must meet the specific German public service career bracket requirements (TVöD EGr. 11 or BayBesG BGr. A11). Location is strictly based in Nuremberg.
