As a Digital Coordinator for the Subway Construction Office in Nuremberg, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the department's digital strategy and managing its IT infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating complex IT measures, providing first-level support, and optimizing business processes through digitalization. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent; or qualified IT Specialist; or Civil Service qualification (3rd Qualification Level) in Administrative Informatics or Public Administration; or Administrative Specialist (VWA/FL II).

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT coordination or digital process management
  • 2+ years of relevant experience if holding a vocational IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience for candidates with a background in Public Administration or Finance
  • Experience in analyzing and digitalizing business processes
  • Experience with technical construction contexts and basic understanding of engineering workflows

  • This is a part-time position (50% of weekly working hours). Must be able to work at the Nuremberg location. Candidates must meet specific German public service pay scale requirements (EGr. 11 TVöD / BGr. A11 BayBesG).
