Job Summary
As an Online Services Workflow Manager for the City of Nuremberg, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of municipal administration. Working within the Office for Digitalization and Process Organization, your daily responsibilities include the technical development of online application systems, consulting with municipal departments, and modeling complex administrative processes. You will design and program customer-friendly online services using modern workflow modeling tools and contribute to the implementation of innovative e-government standards. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Business Informatics; or vocational qualification as an IT Specialist; or 3rd Qualification Level (QE) for Civil Servants in Administrative Informatics or Public Administration; or Administrative Specialist (Fachprüfung II).
Experience
- Professional experience in information technology and digitalization, preferably within the e-government sector
- Experience in project management and controlling
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience for candidates with technical vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist)
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience for candidates with administrative or financial backgrounds
- Experience in modeling and digitizing administrative processes
