Job Summary

As an IT Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of critical IT products such as mobile telephony and print services, from selection to retirement. This role involves ensuring professional IT project management for your assigned projects and effectively managing the performance of IT service providers. A key part of your contribution will be leading the integration and enhancement of communication services and network infrastructure. You will also serve as an expert in ITIL-compliant IT operational processes, actively supporting the continuous development of the organization's internal IT service management. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a leading provider of statistical information for Germany, ensuring high-quality IT infrastructure for approximately 2,500 employees across three locations.
