This role is for a Contract and Resource Management Specialist to join a motivated team within the "Cross-Sectional and Control Tasks" division, specifically supporting the large-scale Census 2031 project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts and resources, including demand planning, preparing contract documents, overseeing procurement processes, and contract execution. They will also contribute to the development of the contract and resource management area, advise leadership on external service provider management, and prepare decision-making information for the IT project. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree, university diploma, or Magister in Law and Administrative Sciences

Experience

  • Professional experience in contract management, ideally with a focus on service and work contracts in IT
  • Initial practical experience in creating and evaluating contracts
  • Experience with public procurement law, preferably in IT procurement within public administration
  • Experience in IT project management
