Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position involves managing the end-to-end payroll operations for a specific group of approximately 6,500 employees within the Diocese of Speyer. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for calculating wages and salaries, maintaining personnel master data, and performing digital remuneration controls. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll queries and manage all communications and reporting to social security agencies and tax authorities. The role requires a high degree of precision and independent organization. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
  • Proven experience in handling wage tax and social security regulations
  • Experience in communicating with health insurance providers and social security agencies
  • Experience working within collective bargaining frameworks (ideally TVöD-VKA)
