Job Summary

This role is based at the Chair of Circuit Design and Network Theory (PSN) at TU Dresden, focusing on the development of resource-efficient 6G communication technology. As a researcher, you will play a key role in the '6Glife2' project, specifically designing a broadband, energy-efficient power amplifier that operates across a wide frequency range (1.8 GHz to 6.5 GHz) to support multiple standards including DECT NR+, WiFi, and WiFi 6E. Your daily responsibilities will involve the simulation, layout, and implementation of integrated circuits using modern semiconductor technologies, followed by rigorous measurement and analysis in a state-of-the-art laboratory. This position is particularly attractive as it offers a clear path for academic qualification (Doctorate or Habilitation) until mid-2028, providing access to high-performance computing clusters and the opportunity to present research at international conferences.
