Job Summary

This role involves the planning, implementation, and management of demanding federal construction projects within the State Construction Management of Lower Saxony. Working in either the Operational Technology or Project Group departments, you will oversee complex building services engineering (TGA) projects, focusing on quality, schedule, and cost control. Day-to-day tasks include managing external engineering firms, handling all project phases from design to billing (HOAI phases 1-9), and contributing to strategic goals like climate neutrality and standardization. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the planning and construction supervision of building services systems
  • Professional experience in managing external engineering firms and service providers
  • Experience in federal or public construction projects is preferred
  • Experience with medium voltage systems is highly desirable
