Job Summary

As a Construction Project Manager for the State Building Management of Hannover, you will lead and coordinate complex federal construction projects focusing on technical building equipment. Your daily responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle according to HOAI phases 1-9, which encompasses planning, tendering, construction supervision, and final accounting. You will act as the primary client representative, ensuring high standards in quality, scheduling, and cost control while managing external engineering firms. Depending on your specific placement, you may focus on operational technology in the Hannover region or work on statewide standardization and climate neutrality strategies. Required Skills

Education

  • Practical experience with HOAI performance phases and public procurement law is preferred
