Job Summary

This role involves managing complex federal construction projects within the State Building Management of Lower Saxony. Based in Hannover, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and control of technical building equipment projects. Your day-to-day tasks include overseeing all phases of the HOAI (phases 1-9), managing external engineering firms, and ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence. Depending on your specific assignment, you may also focus on standardization, process optimization, and climate neutrality strategies across the state. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the planning and construction supervision of technical building systems
  • Professional experience in project management for complex building measures
  • Experience in medium voltage systems is preferred
  • Knowledge of public building law, procurement, and contract law is preferred
