This role involves managing complex federal construction projects within the State Building Management of Lower Saxony. Based in Hannover, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and control of technical building equipment projects. Your day-to-day tasks include overseeing all phases of the HOAI (phases 1-9), managing external engineering firms, and ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence.
