Job Summary
As an IT Technician in 2nd Level Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of client systems and end-user devices. Based in Dachau, your daily responsibilities will involve troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, installing and configuring notebooks, PCs, and peripheral equipment, and performing hardware replacements as necessary. You will be expected to document all technical steps within a ticketing system while providing high-quality customer advice and support. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- At least 1 year of professional experience in IT Support
- Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for Systems Integration or equivalent)
- Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Experience in documenting technical processes within a ticketing system

- Valid driver's license and mobility required; location in Dachau; full-time permanent contract.
