As an Onsite 2nd Level IT Support Technician, you will be the direct point of contact for technical issues at the client's location in St. Leon-Rot. Your daily responsibilities include providing high-level support for client systems and end-user devices, replacing hardware, and installing notebooks and PCs. You will be responsible for troubleshooting both hardware and software issues while meticulously documenting all processes within a ticketing system. Required Skills
Education

- Proven experience with MS Windows and Microsoft Office environments
