As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the administration and technical maintenance of Windows and Linux server environments. Your day-to-day activities involve analyzing and resolving complex technical disruptions within the IT infrastructure, including network systems and server architectures. You will act as a vital link between 1st and 3rd-level support, ensuring smooth escalation management and contributing to the implementation of new technologies. This role is highly dynamic, involving the monitoring of system performance, the application of security patches, and participation in large-scale IT projects such as rollouts and cloud migrations.
