Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated IT System Administrator to join the IT and Digitalization Department at the Enzkreis District Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the central Content Management System (Advantic iKISS) for the homepage and intranet, as well as administering and enhancing the ITSM platform (Matrix42 ESM). Key tasks include creating digital workflows, managing internal service catalog modules, and providing technical support for low-code platforms and digital form servers (XIMA FormCycle) for e-government services. The position also involves database and application server administration, web-based service development, coordinating external service providers, and contributing to IT support. Candidates should possess a relevant IT qualification, experience with web-based CMS, ITSM platforms, and foundational knowledge in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, SQL).
