The position also entails general HR administration, advising employees on HR legal matters, participating in recruitment, and acting as a point of contact for managers. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Public Management, qualification for the mid-level non-technical administrative service, or administrative specialist with additional qualification as an administrative business economist, or comparable qualification.
