This role involves the comprehensive management and oversight of software licenses and contracts within a modern administration. The specialist will be responsible for the continuous development of the Software, Contract, Asset, and License Management (SAM) system. Key day-to-day tasks include financial accounting, specifically processing material cost statements, inventory management, recording orders in SAP, and contributing to budget planning. The position also entails reporting on the status of software, assets, and licenses, and providing general administrative support to the Head of the IT and Digitalization Department. Required Skills

Education

Completed training as an Administrative Assistant (Verwaltungsfachangestellte*r) or a civil servant in the intermediate non-technical administrative service (Beamt*in mittlerer nichttechnischer Verwaltungsdienst), or a comparable qualification.
