This full-time, permanent position requires a dedicated specialist to manage and continuously develop the organization's Software, Contract, Asset, and License Management (SAM) framework within the Office for IT and Digitalization. Day-to-day responsibilities include the precise administration and monitoring of all software licenses and related contracts, handling financial tasks such as cost accounting, inventory management, and processing orders within SAP, and assisting with departmental budget planning. The role also involves generating status reports on the IT asset inventory and performing general administrative duties, including assisting the Head of the Office. Candidates must possess a completed administrative qualification (such as an Administrative Specialist or equivalent civil service background) combined with a high degree of IT affinity, structured working methods, and strong communication skills.
