Job Summary

This role involves leading a 10-person team responsible for IT support and application management within a complex IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will oversee the IT Service Desk, manage the deployment and support of end-user devices, and guide the team in supporting standard software (e.g., MS Windows, MS Office, WebEx) and specialized departmental applications (e.g., SAP, Prosoz). Key responsibilities also include developing and managing the central service catalog, client management, and IT asset management systems. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Computer Science or Digital Administrative Management, OR completed vocational training as an IT Specialist with several years of professional experience.
