Job Summary

This role is based at the Federal Academy for Civil Protection and Civil Defense (BABZ) within the Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance (BBK). As a Policy Advisor, you will be responsible for the conceptual, content-related, and didactic design of training measures focused on medical care within civil protection. You will develop modern, efficient training methods—including digital formats—and lead educational events for national specialists and managers from authorities and aid organizations. Additionally, you will represent training interests in working groups regarding federal equipment and expand professional networks with other authorities. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance Germany's crisis resilience within a central coordinating authority.
