- Professional experience in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- For existing civil servants: minimum 3 years of proven performance after the probationary period
- Experience in information technology focus areas during undergraduate studies
- Potential for leadership experience in post-graduate assignments
