This role involves independent project management for the construction and maintenance of federal and state roads, bicycle paths, and engineering structures within the Tübingen Regional Council. Based in Reutlingen, the successful candidate will handle the full project lifecycle, including coordination, tendering, construction supervision, and billing. You will be responsible for quality, cost, and schedule control while also steering external engineering firms and consultants for third-party measures. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience with transport infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, bike paths) is ideal.
  • Experience working within a public building administration or authority is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in cost, quality, and schedule control for engineering projects.
