Job Summary

As a (Senior) Observability Consultant, you will take on a strategic role advising clients on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of observability solutions. Your daily activities will focus on Digital Experience Monitoring and Network Monitoring, specifically utilizing ThousandEyes to oversee hybrid IT landscapes across On-Prem, AWS, and Azure environments. You will be responsible for analyzing network and application data to identify performance bottlenecks, conducting root-cause analyses, and creating transparent dashboards and reports. Beyond technical execution, you will lead workshops, provide technical documentation, and support the pre-sales team by demonstrating the business value of monitoring tools. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration).

Experience

  • Professional experience in network monitoring and performance analysis
  • Proven experience in designing and operating monitoring solutions for hybrid IT landscapes
  • Experience in identifying network bottlenecks, latency, and packet loss issues
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and conducting workshops
  • Experience in technical pre-sales or demonstrating tool value to stakeholders
