Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Cyber Security Services, you will serve as a mentor and manager for a dedicated team of security analysts across various German locations. Your daily responsibilities involve overseeing the classification, analysis, and evaluation of network anomalies for clients, while providing actionable recommendations. You will hold technical responsibility for the 'avodaq IDR' managed service, collaborating closely with Cisco TAC and other vendors. Beyond technical oversight, you are responsible for personnel development, conducting performance reviews, and fostering the professional growth of your team members. A significant portion of the role focuses on driving process and technology development, defining standards for knowledge management, and ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This position is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys shaping new security service products and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through innovative, lifecycle-oriented project management.
