This critical leadership role involves managing and mentoring a dedicated team responsible for delivering high-quality 2nd and 3rd-level support to Managed Service clients across Network, Data Center, and Enterprise Security domains. The Team Lead acts as a central service contact, ensuring the smooth operation of customer IT environments and guaranteeing adherence to SLAs and overall customer satisfaction through LifeCycle project management. A key focus is driving process and technology development within Infrastructure & Security Services, defining operational standards, and ensuring effective knowledge management. Candidates must possess technical expertise at a Consultant level, ideally backed by a minimum of five years of experience in infrastructure and/or security.
