Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the digital future-readiness of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) by providing expert SAP application management and support. As an SAP E-Invoicing Consultant, you will primarily focus on electronic invoice processing utilizing SAP Vendor Invoice Management (OpenText). Your daily responsibilities include providing 2nd level support, analyzing and coordinating customer requirements, and designing and implementing technical solutions. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of these solutions, from initial conception and customizing to testing, integration, and ongoing operation. This position is particularly attractive as it offers the chance to work on one of Germany's largest and most complex IT infrastructures, contributing directly to national security. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with a focus on SAP Accounting.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in SAP Accounting with a focus on E-Invoicing
  • Extensive experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
  • Professional experience in analyzing and coordinating customer requirements
  • Experience in 2nd level support and application management
  • Experience in mapping budgetary processes within SAP environments
  • Practical experience with SAP modules FI-GL, FI-AR, or FI-AP including customizing
