Job Summary

As an Application Operations Specialist focusing on Billing and Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for the independent management and resolution of complex incidents within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your day-to-day activities involve monitoring service KPIs, proactively preventing quality degradation, and collaborating with engineering teams to implement optimization measures. You will play a critical role in supporting the rollout of new systems and software, as well as managing lifecycle projects for assigned applications. This position is unique for its high level of autonomy in creating technical instructions for 1st level support and its involvement in large-scale telecommunications infrastructure.
