Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician in Munich, you will serve as a vital link between technology and people, providing essential technical support in an international environment. Your daily responsibilities will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting users with Microsoft Windows and Office products, and managing requests within a ticket system as part of first and second-level support. Required Skills
Education
