Job Summary

This role involves the 2nd level administration and support of central cross-functional software applications for the District of Börde. As an IT Application Administrator, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of various systems, including Document Management Systems (DMS), Content Management Systems (CMS) for the intranet, and IT Management Systems (ITMS). Your daily duties include managing incident and change processes according to ITIL standards, performing updates, and programming automated workflows. You will act as a vital bridge between IT and specialized departments, coordinating application integration and conducting user training. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science or Media Informatics is preferred; alternatively, a completed vocational IT training qualification combined with several years of relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as an IT Administrator (Second Level) is preferred
  • Professional experience in managing central specialist applications and DMS/CMS systems
  • Experience working within ITIL frameworks for incident and change processes
  • Experience in programming workflows and creating technical user documentation

  • Valid Class B driver's license required. Successful completion of a basic security clearance (SÜG-LSA) is a prerequisite for employment. Participation in the disaster control staff may be required.
