Job Summary
As an Onsite IT Technician in Frankfurt am Main, you will join a growing IT consultancy providing critical information and communication technology services. Your daily responsibilities include executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) processes, providing 1st and 2nd level support for end-users both locally and remotely, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar IT support role
- Practical experience with hardware maintenance and peripheral devices
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level user support (onsite and remote)
- Experience working with ticketing systems and technical documentation
