Job Summary
In this role, you will serve as a technical problem solver for corporate clients in Oberhausen, working for one of Germany's leading IT service providers. Your day-to-day activities will involve performing hardware rollouts, managing workplace services, and maintaining Windows clients on-site. A significant portion of the role focuses on industrial IT environments, where you will analyze and troubleshoot issues with Panel PCs, tablets, and other industrial hardware. The position operates on a shift model, typically starting early at 06:00, and utilizes a structured ticket-based workflow. Required Skills
Education
IT Vocational Training or an equivalent professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or service technician roles
- Practical experience with current Windows operating systems
- Experience in network environments including switching and layers 1-3
- Experience working with ticket-based support systems
- Experience in hardware rollouts and onsite client support
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license required. Must be willing to work in a shift system (early shift starts at 06:00, late shift ends at 18:00). Must be open to potential on-call readiness on weekends.
