As a Senior IT Support Expert, you will serve as a critical technical resource for a leading German engineering and IT service provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve processing customer inquiries via telephone and a dedicated ticketing system, ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will be responsible for the comprehensive administration, monitoring, and documentation of diverse client environments, including Windows and Linux systems, servers, storage, networks, and firewalls. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting hardware and software issues to maintain system stability. Required Skills

Education

Completed IT vocational training or an equivalent professional qualification

Experience

  • At least 3 years of support experience in a Microsoft environment
  • Professional experience with Linux systems
  • Experience in the maintenance and support of MS Office 365 systems
  • Proven experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Professional experience in system administration and monitoring
