Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational IT training or an equivalent professional qualification.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support within Microsoft environments
  • Experience in supporting Linux systems is preferred
  • Professional experience in managing MS Office 365 systems
  • Proven track record in hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Experience in server, client, storage, and network administration
