As an IT Service Technician for Onsite Support in Hechingen, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure for a market-leading IT solutions provider. Your daily activities will involve handling incoming support calls, managing ticket assignments, and performing hands-on technical support tasks including Break/Fix, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and Hardware/Software Refresh projects. You will be the primary point of contact for onsite clients, resolving issues related to Windows clients, printers, networking, and telecommunications. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Practical experience in handling hardware components and mobile end devices
  • Proven experience using ticket systems for incident management
  • Experience supporting Windows clients, printers, and network environments
  • Basic professional experience in network patching and telecommunications
