Job Summary
As the Production Manager for Filling at the Schnelldorf site, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing chemical bottling operations and leading a large production team of approximately 50 employees. Your daily responsibilities include implementing and monitoring rigorous safety protocols, conducting audits, and analyzing production KPIs to identify areas for process optimization. You will act as a bridge between departments, collaborating closely with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams while handling customer inquiries regarding technical feasibility and cost. This position is ideal for a decisive leader who combines technical chemical expertise with a strong commitment to operational safety and efficiency. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in Chemistry required; a Doctorate (PhD) is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an operational role
- Proven experience in personnel management and leadership
- Demonstrated experience in safety management and process compliance
- Experience working with SAP and high affinity for computer applications
