Job Summary

As a Network Technician in Munich or Nuremberg, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and configuration of Cisco-based routing and switching systems. Your core activities include processing incoming fault reports via a ticketing system, monitoring network performance, and maintaining documentation. You will also manage access technology based on copper and fiber optics and contribute to various network projects. This role is ideal for professionals with initial experience who enjoy technical troubleshooting and are comfortable working within a shift model (Monday to Saturday). The position offers a long-term perspective through an initial temporary employment phase with a clear option for permanent takeover.
