As an IT Service Desk Agent in Hamburg, you will serve as the primary point of contact for end users within an international industrial service environment. Your daily responsibilities include receiving, documenting, and resolving 1st level technical incidents and service requests according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will provide comprehensive support for hardware, software, and mobile devices while monitoring network environments and managing client deployments. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy troubleshooting and documenting solutions in a structured service management tool. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, IT Systems Clerk, or Information Electronics Technician).

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT user support or technical customer service
  • Practical experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Experience in handling hardware deployment and mobile device support
  • Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools for documentation
  • Experience in 1st level incident resolution and service level compliance
