Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist based in Munich, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, providing high-level VIP support and general troubleshooting. Your daily responsibilities include executing software rollouts and updates, managing printer services, and maintaining mobile devices. You will also play a critical role in analyzing and resolving malfunctions within media technology systems and performing system customizations for existing installations. This full-time position offers a structured work environment with regular business hours and no weekend shifts. It is an excellent opportunity for technical professionals seeking a stable role with a competitive salary of up to €38,000 per year. The position is initially via temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover by the client, located in an easily accessible area of East Munich.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Support, IT Systems Electronics Technician, IT Systems Clerk, IT Service Technician, or Information Electronics Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT customer service or onsite support
- Practical experience in troubleshooting media technology and print services
- Experience in managing mobile devices and printer administration
- Proven background in executing software updates and rollouts
