As an IT Support Specialist based in Munich, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, providing high-level VIP support and general troubleshooting. Your daily responsibilities include executing software rollouts and updates, managing printer services, and maintaining mobile devices. You will also play a critical role in analyzing and resolving malfunctions within media technology systems and performing system customizations for existing installations.
