Job Summary

As a Hardware Configuration Service Technician based in Hamburg-Groß Borstel, you will play a vital role in the technical deployment and staging of IT systems. Your daily responsibilities include the installation and configuration of desktops, notebooks, and mobile devices, as well as executing field service assignments. You will be responsible for 'imaging' or 'fueling' systems, managing network settings (IP, VLAN, MAC addresses), and handling BIOS/UEFI configurations. Beyond technical setup, you will ensure all work is meticulously documented and systems are prepared for shipping to end-users.
