This role involves providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the Head of Department for Economics and Social Affairs in Lübeck. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Public Administration Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r), First Employee Examination (Angestelltenprüfung I), or Office Management Specialist (Kauffrau/-mann für Büromanagement).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in office management or executive assistance
  • Experience in public administration or a comparable organizational environment
  • Proven track record in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
  • Experience in preparing speeches, information materials, and official correspondence
