Job Summary

We are seeking a Team Lead for the Human Resources, Household, and General Affairs department within the Family Support/Youth Welfare Office. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of four HR staff, manage all HR processes for approximately 200 employees, and act as a specialist for HR data and analysis. You will also contribute to process optimization, including digitalization, and participate in projects and working groups. This position offers significant responsibility and autonomy within a dynamic administrative service. The ideal candidate will have a degree in public administration, law, or business, or equivalent qualifications, along with HR knowledge and ideally leadership experience. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.

Required Skills

Education

Degree as Diplom-Verwaltungswirt:in (FH) / B.A. Public Administration or proof of qualification for career group 2, 1st entry level in the field of General Services; OR a comparable completed university degree, preferably with a legal or business administration focus; OR successful completion of the Second Civil Service Examination (Verwaltungsfachwirt:in).
