Job Summary

As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be the frontline support for clients in the West Germany region, providing essential 1st and 2nd Level Field Service. Your daily tasks will involve performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) activities, configuring and installing PCs, peripherals, and hand-scanners. You'll also conduct service calls for client hardware and network components, provide on-site user training, and meticulously document all service work within the ticketing system.
