Job Summary

This position is for an IT Support Technician providing essential 1st Level Client Support within a major global technology company. The core responsibilities involve managing and resolving technical issues and inquiries, primarily through a dedicated ticketing system. Day-to-day tasks include providing onsite support, handling installations, performing break/fix procedures, and troubleshooting errors for end-user devices. The technician will also be responsible for supporting standard applications like MS Office and current Windows operating systems. Candidates must possess a completed technical professional qualification and initial experience in IT support environments, coupled with foundational knowledge of networking, server systems, Active Directory, and MS Office 365. This role requires significant flexibility, including availability to work in both the Düsseldorf and Cologne branches, and readiness for potential nationwide deployment.
