Job Summary

This role is designed for a highly skilled IT professional focused on delivering premium, individualized support to executives and VIPs within a leading global IT service provider. The specialist will manage the entire lifecycle of IT incidents and requests, providing end-to-end support, consulting, and user training. A significant aspect of the job involves dedicated support for critical business activities, including events, travel, and presentations, often requiring on-call availability and personal accompaniment to meetings. Day-to-day technical duties include break-fix/swap services, proactive maintenance, backup and recovery operations, and managing asset data and spare parts. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise, excellent soft skills, and the ability to handle confidential information securely, alongside fluency in both German and English. This is a crucial role requiring a minimum of one year of recent IT experience and strong knowledge of Windows and general hardware systems.
