Job Summary

This part-time role (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM) in Munich is within a global technology leader specializing in IT services and digital transformation. The successful candidate will serve as an IT Onsite Support Specialist, providing critical 1st and 2nd Level client support. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and processing incident reports, managing tickets within the ticketing system, and performing installations, break/fix, and troubleshooting for end-user devices, focusing on Windows and Mac operating systems. Collaboration with 1st and 3rd level support teams is key, as is prioritizing tasks to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Candidates must possess a technical degree or equivalent professional training, coupled with two years of relevant experience in IT support and hardware installation. Proficiency in Active Directory, MS Office 365, and ticketing systems is required, alongside excellent German and good English language skills.
